If you order has still not arrived, then please check for a missed delivery slip from the courier, if you do not have a missed delivery check with neighbours or any safe spaces you have where the order could have been left. Also check the tracking number provided in your order confirmation and track that number with the relevant courier service to see if there was an update to the delivery.
