Can I cancel my order?

Please note that once an order has been placed it cannot be edited.

If you have changed your mind or if there is an issue with wrong shipping address / wrong item ordered please contact customer service straight away so the order can be cancelled.

Unfortunately, if the order has been dispatched you will need to return the order at your own cost and we will refund the order.

Please note the any products purchased that are marked as shop soiled on the site are exempt from our refund policy, and will not be refunded.

When returning your order please make sure you include the following:

• A note with the order number (this can be found on your invoice or order confirmation email)
• reason for returning the order. (no longer want the item)

Failing to do this may cause significant delays to your refund.
