To find out the dispatch status of your order, log into your account where the order status will have fulfilled (order has been dispatched) or unfulfilled (order is currently awaiting dispatch.
If your order contains a pre order item it will not be dispatched till the item is in stock.
Once your item has been dispatched you will receive a order dispatched email which will contain your tracking number (where applicable) which you will be able to use to track your order.
