How will I be refunded

You will be refunded back to your original payment method.

We aim to process all returns within 3 working days.

Once your order has been refunded it can take up to 5 working days for the balance to reflect back into your account. If you haven’t received your refund after the 5 days please get in touch with us through the contact form.

If you return 1 item from a 'buy one get one-half price' offer, you will be refunded for that item but charged full price for the item you keep. Full returns will be given a full refund.
